the bed was old and squeaky, disrupting sleep. Temperature control was inconsistent, leaving us uncomfortably hot. Noise levels were high; we heard neighbors and street sounds throughout the night. Basic amenities were lacking, with no mini fridge or kettle provided. The bathtub was poorly drained, creating a pool of water during showers. The carpets were dirty, and the furnishings were outdated with visible wear. Only two flat pillows were offered per bed, which made comfort a challenge. The room's cleanliness left much to be desired.

The hotel's prime spot on 7th Ave makes it super easy to stroll over to Times Square in just 2 minutes, and you can also walk to tons of famous sites like the Museum of Modern Art, Central Park, and Rockefeller Center in no time; plus, the room was quiet, offering a good night's sleep despite the hustle and bustle outside, but the bathroom cleanliness definitely needs some attention.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly quiet even being near the busy street, location was super convenient for all our plans, and the shower setup was one of the best I've come across.
It wasn't inexpensive but it works for a group looking for a place to crash.

The location is unbeatable; everything is within walking distance, including the Rocketts Christmas Show. Unfortunately, the room didn't live up to expectations at all. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and the photos were misleading. Staff were indifferent, bordering on rude, complicating check-in and generally making the experience uncomfortable. The bed was adequate, but the bathroom had major issues with leaks and noise. Hot water was non-existent one evening, forcing us to leave early. The headache of poor customer service and subpar conditions overshadowed the convenience of being so centrally located.
